oovoo says 'failed to sign in'

I installed oovoo but after installing it would not let me log in as it kept saying oovoo was unable to connect to the internet even though I was clearly connected. When I go into my programs in the control panel oovoo doesn't show up there but in my start menu its there and is able to open to the log in page. Now it just keeps saying 'failed to sign in'. I have ensured the firewall is not blocking the program but its still not working and I can't even uninstall it!

Hi, Every time I try and video chat with somebody on my Xperia ion I can see their video but they can't see mine (my video is just black). Does anybody know how to fix this?

How can i see more than one person at a time?

I have the HTC evo 3d and I'm talking to 2 people but I can only see one at a time. I have to swipe in between my friends. Is there a way to see both of them? One of my friends said she has 4 screens.

Partner's video keeps freezing after a while

Hi. When I oovoo video chat with my partner in the USA, his video gets stuck after a few minutes. Sometimes I can still hear him and other times not even that. However, there are no complications on his end. If he turns off his webcam and turns it back on the stuck image of him just goes black. Please help me with this as it is VERY frustrating.

G'day everyone, I have been using ooVoo for over a month now, and it is much less CPU demanding than Skype was, meaning less dropouts and my fan isn't on and being noisy as often. Wins all around. One thing I dislike is that the 'phone ring' whenever a video call is coming in, is REALLY loud through my earphones, yet I use that volume when I'm on a call. How can I lower the default noise level for the rings and chimes? I am on a MacBook 4,1 2008 and running OS X 10.6.8 ~ Snow Leopard. Other than that, things are all good. i can log in to oovoo fine...... when i go to call someone it will ring but they wont be able to see my call and it will end like they didnt answer. they will call me and it will do the same.... never pop up on my computer and end on them like i didnt answer when the call didnt even pop up on the computer. i have uninstalled and reinstalled oovoo and it still isnt working.... what do i need to do??

I recorded some video calls but the videos arent processing. The videos are basically like 5 mins long and one is 15mins long. I tried to retry all the videos more than 3times but it fails. Is there a temporary file? HELP?

Updated to the most recent mac version recently ( 3.1.0.17) But I can no longer see any of my contact's display pics and their display names are replaced with their default oovoo user ID - which is usually just a string of numbers. Its very annoying. Can anyone suggest a work around please? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I frequently do updates for oovoo version. I noticed by my oovoo name that there is an id # associated with this. #1 Why do I have the id#? What purpose does that serve for me as an oovoo user? as apposed to as before I did not. Does this have to do with security reasons? Thank you.

About 3 days ago an ooVoo "check for updates" box came up on my desktop and, of course, I clicked "Ok" and forgot about it while I continued my business. I just noticed this morning that ooVoo has completely disappeared from my computer... I looked in "Program Files", everywhere... AWOL! All of my contacts and chat history is gone as well. HELP!

So it happened few days ago when I am chatting with my friend. We both tried every single possible solution. We both updated to the latest version, I changed mic twice, and checked my audio. I tried using my phone to call her and it worked perfectly fine, but on PC we are having trouble. So here's whats happening. I would call her then the windows pops out. at few secs or mins we can still hear each other, but after that, she cant hear me anymore. I can hear and see her tho. She could see me too, just no audio on her part. We thought it was her pc that has problem, but trying out my phone, it worked perfect fine. We need help. Thanks!

ooVoo call "error occurred"?

So I was in a call with a friend last night and decided to record the call(it ended up being an hour video), however it was unable to process. It doesn't go past 0%, and then it tells me that an error occurred. I'd like to know if there's a way to fix this? Thanks.
