    Hi,

If you entered the correct ID and password in the past then your display picture will still appear, so it’s possible that the ID is correct but the password is wrong. Maybe your CAP LOCK is on or you are using the German keyboard instead of the English one. If this doesn’t help, try to retrieve your password from the sign in window in the application. If you still need help, send a new reply here or open a support request.

    Thanks,
    Marvin

You may need to install the new ooVoo version (2.0) which can be downloaded from the website.

Some improvements were made to the Call Me button and it looks like there is a bug. I assume you sent a support request and hope the issue will be resolved quickly.

I'm sorry that you are experiencing a problem. Aside from this, I hope you like the new version.

    Best regards,
    Marvin

Re: Can not sign in at "Call me button" function...

There shouldn’t be a problem with dots in your ID. It looks like you have a unique problem and I hope our support team will be able to pinpoint it. However, I do recommend that you upgrade to Internet Explorer 7. I don’t know if it will help but think it’s worth a try.

As an alternative to the ‘Call Me’ button, you can click on the ‘Web video call’ tab to enable people who do not have ooVoo installed to call you (in German: Web-Video-Anruf). We also introduced video chat rooms in the new version (http://www.oovoo.com/How-To-ooVoo.aspx?sc_lang=en).

Regarding the sign in problem, once in a while there are problems with the Internet and ooVoo fails to sign in. In this case, ooVoo will try to sign in again automatically every so often. If you are impatient like me, then simply click on the ‘Sign in’ button and if it doesn’t work the first time, then try again in a few minutes or wait until you are signed in automatically. Also for some users there are firewall related problems. In this case, solutions are available in our knowledgebase in the support center part of the website (but I don’t think you have a firewall problem).

Please send our regards to your friends and family in Germany and I hope they enjoy using ooVoo!

    Best regards,
    Marvin

I heard that we solved the problem with the Call Me button. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

As for singing into the ooVoo application, I’m guessing that there was a problem on a given day as I haven’t experienced any problems recently.

    Best regards,
    Marvin

Telefone pacotes só permitem chamar telefones nos E.U.A. e Canadá.

Phone packages only enable calling telephones in the USA and Canada.
