Always when I try to pick up the call the call crashes, but not the apllication. Hope my english is well enought :) Regards Nikolaje

    Hi,

I suggest that you open a support request but before sending the request, I think it will be helpful if you select 'Preferences' from the 'ooVoo' menu, select 'Support' and check the 'Enable debug logging' option. From the 'ooVoo' menu select 'Quit' and sign in again. Afterwards have someone call you and if you fail to join the call, the problem should be written into the log file. Attach the log file with your support request (you can easily find the location of the log file from the 'Support' page).

Please note that the 'Enable debug logging' option is only available in the new MAC version 1.7.

    Thanks for using ooVoo,
    Marvin

I also just downloaded the latest version of oovoo and when I tried to connect with a new oovoo contact, it immediately crashed the call when I tried to "accept". We tried multiple times, the video call wouldn't work, but chatting would. Later, I called my wife on oovoo (both on mac) and it worked just fine. No clue why it would work with some but not others. I have called others on pc and mac in the past and had no problems, but now this new person always crashes the call.

    Hi,

I don't know if this is related, but try taking a glance here at some known video problems.

    Thanks,
    Marvin
