    audio failure

    i'm using a logitech mic-pro for notebooks to chat. needless to say, the audio isn't working. i tested the microphone in the oovoo settings option and it passed, but whenever i try to call someone the audio doesn't transfer. i tried recording something to my computer and the audio worked fine, so it's definitely not a problem with the microphone itself. any help i could receive would be greatly appreciated.     Hi Josh,

    Sorry, I am not familiar with that microphone model. The only one on the Logitech site is this: http://www.logitech.com/index.cfm/webcam_communications/microphones/devices/221&cl=us,en Is it the same? Could you send me a link to the mic's site? Do you have any other applications open that could be "claiming" the mic - possibly one that autoloads when you boot up?
