I'm using a Mac and trying to do a video conference call with two PC users on ooVoo.  At times I can hear them but I have never been able to see their video.  They both can see and hear everyone in the call with no problem.  Any suggestions as to how I can get their video to appear ? 

I'm having the same issue. I'm on a PC, both vista and xp and when trying to call my sister's apple she is unable to see me or hear me on the XP and only hear me on the vista. But I can talk to other PC users.

As a start, please ask your sister to make sure she is using the latest MAC version (1.7). If this doesn't help, please ask your sister to open a support request as it seems like the problem has to do with her computer. It's a good idea to include as much information as possible such as if she has a built-in camera or other type of webcam, her operating system, details about her video experience, etc.
