 Hello, excuse me my English, I'm french. I currently have a problem with other contacts since I downloaded version 1.7.1.0 software ooVoo. When I turn on my camera for a few seconds and sometimes permanently, my picture skips and distorts the image, moreover, it greatly saccade. In the previous version (1.5.2.0) the image does not jump, it just jerky.
How to solve this problem?

In order to solve this issue, please open a support request. It's a good idea to include as much information as possible such as if you have a built-in camera or other type of webcam, your operating system, and any other details about your video experience.
