Charging for 3 or more in a call

    Dear Sirs

I have been reading some of the users comments on charging for 3 way calls, I to are not happy to have to pay to make a 3 way calls.  I can understand you chargeing for 4 to 6 users, I think that is acceptable.  I think you will lose a lot of users including me if you proceed with charging for 3 users.  I retired from videoconferencing several years ago so I know what is involved in the technology.  I the company decides to make charges for 3 users I for one will go back to skype as I will be np better off only having 2 people in a videoconference.

    Regards

I agree.  I too use the oovoo for the fact I can chat with 2 other people at the same time for free.. Now its not free.  I will just use my msn or yahoo instead.  Pointless having another program that is the same as any other program that is free.   Good bye Oovoo.

Congratulations on losing the only feature that caused me to download ooVoo and encourage the rest of my extended family to get on board. We will now be leaving ooVoo to find a new video conferencing service with better quality. It was good while it lasted.

Every one here is on the right track. I had encouraged my whole extended family to install oovoo because of the multi-conferencing capability. We used to use skype, but occasionally wanted more than one videa link. All I can say is goodbye oovoo. Skype has more features and better quality one-on-one. The only reason anyone was installing oovoo was the free multi-conferencing capability. Most of us don't use the multi feature enough to warrant paying the fees so oovoo can say goodbye to a large portion of their market. I guess the oovoo execs couldn't survuve on add revenue. I think they've underestimated the backlash this will have on their marketshare. It's a shame this program had promise. Maybe I'll come back when they realize their mistake and at least make three-way free.

Best of luck Oovoo, but I think Skype will be buying you out soon. lol
