OOVOO CRASHES ON MACS DURING 4 WAY CALL BETWEEN 2 PCS and 2 MACs

     Hi there

     

    I have oovo on two windows pcs and two macs.

    A few seconds into the conference, the two oovo apps (both running on Macs) crashes. The two PCs remain in conference.

     When u reopen oovo on the MACS, they rejoin the conference then the same happens again.

     

    Any ideas please

    Hi Gianmarco,

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having this problem.

    Please make sure you are using the latest ooVoo version and that the MACs meet the minimum requirements. In the previous ooVoo version there was a problem when Safari 4 Beta was being used.

    If this doesn't help, please open a support request.
