I do think skype has seen what you're doing and are now adding some better features in conferencing. I suggest you allow 6 way video FREE before they catch you as their service is free.
You can always make money on other stuff but don't lose the chance to capture your market before it's too late.
I hate to say it but your great features may not be so great in a year from now and the market will remember your charging policies. We're not stupid but we are cheap :)
