Hi,

At this time ooVoo does not offer a way to change your ooVoo ID.

We suggest the following:

1. Change your display name (the name that appears in your friends' contact list) to something like: "not active". To do that, sign into ooVoo, go to the 'File' menu and select 'Edit my ooVoo card'. Type your new display name and save.
2. Create a new account: Sign out from ooVoo and click the 'Get a new ooVoo account' link to create a new account with a new ooVoo ID.

Currently it’s not possible to delete an account. There isn’t a fee to have an account. You can do a few things to make the account inactive such as changing your display name to “inactive”, changing your email address for the account to “inactive@oovoo.com” and replacing your display photo with a blank photo. You can also set the privacy settings to block people from finding you.
