I'm using ooVoo for my first time (Mac 2.1.1.71). In the Preferences there is no option for high resolution (640x480) video. Only standard and low resolution are available. The trial version is supposed to support 6-way video and I thought high res video. I'm using a brand new MacBook Pro and it's built-in camera and microphone. Does high res only exist for subscriptions and not in the trial? Thanks!

The trial versions for both MAC and Windows do not offer high resolution video for free. I think this is the only feature which is not provided for free in the MAC trial version. I'm sorry for any confusion. If this is important to you, contact support by opening a support request and maybe they can activate this feature for you.  

I hope you are enjoying ooVoo even without high resolution. Please feel free to let us know what you think about the new version.

Hello Marvin, Is High Resolution Video available with the "Pay per use" option, or is it strickly with the monthly plans? I ask, as I have no use for multiple user conferencing, but do believe I will need High Res Video. Thank you, Donovan

Thanks for your question.

Currently high resolution is available for the first 30 days after creating an ooVoo account or via a monthly plan. However, we plan to add this as a pay-per use feature by the end of the year.
