Hi -

Enjoying my new ooVoo, but having one issue.

I successfully added the "Call Me" signature to my Outlook 2007.

However, if the recipients default browser is Firefox, it not only does not work - it causes Firefox to crash. Not a good thing for business :)

If the recipients default browser is IE, it works fine.

Is this a known issue?

Thanks for reporting this issue. 

On a less pressing note -

I was only able to create the signature using IE, c&p of the signature using Firefox does not seem to pick up the code.

Outlook 2007, Firefox 3.0.11, IE 7

Hi Dave,

We have made some tweeks for Firefox 3.0.11 issues. Can you retry accessing the link on Firefox. Also, please retry creating the link. If  this isn't the fix we will put in for further work.

All good on both accounts -

Email signature link now works fine with Firefox and I was also able to create a new link using c&c with Firefox as well.
