 Hello! I am currently running Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger, and have ample disk space available. However, I am unable to run ooVoo without the application freezing, thus forcing me to close it. This often happens without me even clicking anything, and usually occurs just before or after I attempt to sign in. The application crashes consistently, and before I am able to call anyone. Any suggestions on why this may be occuring would be greatly appreciated, thank you (:

Aside from the operating system, does your MAC meet the minimum requirements? Assuming your computer meets the system requirements, my guess is that you have either a computer or installation problem but we need more information. Please submit a support request and our support team will try to help you solve the problem.
