Hello,
I have been trying to video chat with friends recently on my new laptop. My outgoing video and audio is completely fine for them, and I can see them okay, but for some reason their voices sound very distorted for me. Everyone else sounds almost robotic. I'm currently at college and I have a good internet connection, and this is a brand new HP laptop. I have no problems like this with other video chat programs such as skype. I have tried reinstalling oovoo, and playing with settings. None of my friends have this problem. Is there anything I can try to do to fix this?
