    I am from Singapore, have been using oovoo for a few months. Made video calls with my friends in Singapore & the quality of the calls are great. But for video calls from Singapore to Netherlands, the call quality is super bad. Blur images & it lags often.

    Does the speed of connection affects the quality of the call? Or any other reasons?

    Hi pbc,

    Yes it is vital to have good connection at both ends. As for the video quality that depends on how good the camera and lighting is at the source.
