Not getting oovoo video messages

    Not getting oovoo video messages

    Hey,

     So people have been sending me messages directly to my oovoo account (NOT to my email address). No other laptop or computer that I have has oovoo on it and no one has access to my account so only one laptop could have possibly downloaded or received these messages.

     However, after people send me a message, it disappears. When I sign in to oovoo, it doesn't mention that I have a new message. It just doesn't do anything and I have personally seen someone send me a message and it didn't ever get to my side. Where are all of these messages going? Any help would be great and it would be good if this could be resolved ASAP since there's the 14 day limit that a message is saved on the oovoo server and I don't want to lose any of these messages. Is there any way to force check for new messages instead of letting my local oovoo client automatically detect new messages?

    Hi Daniel,

    You have two different ooVoo IDs. Please make sure that you aren't receiving the messages in the other one.

    I have sent you a request to join your contact list. Please Add me when you get it, Then send me a video message And I will send you one. Let me know when you are ready to do this.
