    Does the desktop sharing functionality in the business plan work in a web Video Chat Room?

    Hi Lionel,

    Another good question!

    Desktop sharing and recording DO work in the video chatrooms if you enter in the correct way. If you enter the chatroom from within the ooVoo client ACTIONS/ENTER MY OOvOO CHATROOM/ then you will be able to record and desktop share. You will not be able to do this if you enter using the link. Thus, YOU will be the only one able to Desktop share and record.
