Oovoo keeps disconnecting/signing out when signed in (not on a call)

Keeps disconnecting every couple of minutes or so. This is before I even attempt to do a call.  I am trying to connect from Israel using the ISP Internet Zahav. I have measured my connection speeds to the US at 3.7mbps download, 700kbps upload. I used it sucessfully from a different apartment in Israel that used Bezeq as the ISP but was MUCH slower - 1.5mbps. I have used other bandwidth intensive applications with no problems whatsoever. Any thoughts?

    Hi SK,

Please do a qualitative bandwidth test:

    http://myvoipspeed.visualware.com/

(You may have to download java if you don't have it)

Please click on Dulles, Virginia (Near Washington DC, USA) when the world map loads.

When the new page loads please click "Click to start test" between the green bars.

Then let the test run (It takes a little while), and when things stop moving, click on the "Summary" tab on the left. This tab has a traffic light on it.

Once the test has run you will receive either a Green light, a Yellow light or a Red light on 5 different criteria:

    Download bandwidth,
    Upload bandwidth,
    Quality of Service,
    Jitter, and
    Packet Loss

IMPORTANT: Let me know what color lights you  get (any Green, Yellow or Red lights) on the above criteria. Also, please let me know what your Upload, Download and Quality of Service scores are.

    For instance:

Download bandwidth - Green   (2 Mbps)

    Upload bandwidth  - Green   (500kbps)
Quality of Service - Yellow   (70%)
    Jitter - Red
    Packet Loss - Red (10%)

Then, please open a Support Request here: http://support.oovoo.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=4244 with a description of the problem and the test results.

    Best Regards,
