    Re: oovoo sign in problem

Im having the same problem is started january 22, it worked intll i restarted my computer, as soon as i restarted it kept telling me failuer to connect. i ran a trouble shoot it says the program isnt combatable??? which it worked just minutes before hand. Ive uninstalled oovoo twice and reinistalled in twice in that time. i have restarted my internet (which my aim, yahoo, and skype are all working just fine and as you can see im on the internet as we speak) and ive restarted my computer probley 10 more times, each time nothing. i love oovoo and would hate to have to stop using it. but it seams to have only gotton worse, now when i try to sign myself in to check if its working it distorts my screen resolution (and even uninstalling and reinstalling the program hasnt helpd) i have checked my firewall, and my connections on both internet and oovoo. i have sent two tech reports out. any ideas how to fix this problem? or should i just say goodbye to dear oovoo

    other information

i run windows 7 on pc, and i ran anti virus softwear, no virus found on my laptop inspiron

    Re: oovoo sign in problem

I had that same problem today. I'm on a Mac, latest system version, and latest version of Oovoo. I was on a call and it hung (as it did about 5 times in an hour.) But the first time, I couldn't even get back on. It did exactly what you said. At that point, I had a client so just shut down and came back later and then it logged on. But I'm concerned, because I would like to use this with some clients, but I'm afraid of it looking unprofessional if I'm crashing ever 5 minutes, or worse, can't get back on with them. I thought it was just a Mac thing, but maybe that's just the crashing part.

    Re: oovoo sign in problem

ooVoo is letting me sign in but after i sign in it has a grey screen over my picture as if i was invisable but it has a green circle with a white check next to it. It says no one is online but my friend just told me to go online and she says she is online and i am not.

You should be up and running on ooVoo. If your contacts are offline it means that you are not connected to our servers.Try signing out and signing back in.

    Re: oovoo sign in problem

I've been having this same exact problem. It doesn't make sense because I just used ooVoo a couple of ours ago today and it was working fine. Not to mention, I never signed out, so it doesn't make sense that I can't sign in. I've tried EVERYTHING under the sun, not even exaggerating. Now I'm waiting on a reply for my support request.
