Why is impossible search a user without the name or email but only with city ??

It would be nice to see who uses oovoo in your city or in your region !!

It does depend if the USER has included within their personal detail their country as in their LOCATION. But as you can see many of them just can't be bothered. And that makes it more difficult to search and find them via their location. ;)

So for example although many users have and do use ooVoo but many fail to include that vital bit of information either within "ooVoo" details or in this "forum" for those that have registered like yourself, and many others to search via country or city. ;)

Quote here is analogy. So it's like looking for a very small needle in a very large open field. ;)

This is perhaps one of the things I miss when compared to other Instant Messangers: The ability to search or even random search for users according to location, Age range or even hobbies. Is such going to be included?

 However do you agree, it does make it even more difficult when the vast amount of users leave out that vital bit of their location information from their profile. Of course many users put in place not their genuine original location false detail anyway. And some users don't mind including that one bit of information because it's the truth from their point of view.  ;)

I'm not against the idea in principle. BUT either which way you cut it - if they were online / offline without a detail "LOCATION INFORMATION" you won't be any better off any case. You'll be like a spider with your eight web legs fully extended trap waiting for your next meal to come by and drop in front of you ;p~

However one can make friends via this forum or any other forums it's just as quick and easier hehe.

Just a quick add to my post about the ooVoo directory on my website. You do not need to be a member of Ratpack's Lair to be included in the directory.
