....ooVoo needs for you to provide a stable broadband internet connection for it to work. If you do not provide this minimum requirement you will not be able to use ooVoo. Also, make sure you have not triggered your firewall by heeding messages to "block a program that wants to connect to the internet" when using ooVoo. This will block ooVoo.
