    Critical error! Please help!

    oovoo closed with
    "unknown software exception (0x8000000) in application on 0x1001a8c3"

    if oovoo login correctly - it will crash on "Test webcam" Function

    :-(

    Your best bet with this kind of problem is to contact ooVoo support and they will help you sort it out.

     

    If you would like to try to figure it out here, while they are sleeping in the U.S., please give more information, such as:

     

    - Windows version

    - ooVoo version

    - webcam model, driver and software version

    - have you successfully used the webcam with any other software?

    Sorry, all works properly now.

    I reinstall oovoo and webcam driver and reboot.

    But there is no reason for that error...

     So, take my info, maybe it will be useful...:

    -Microsoft Windows XP Professional
    5.1.2600 Service Pack 2 сборка 2600

    - Oovoo 1.5.1.93

    -Genius SLIM 322 with latest drivers (from manufacturer's official site)

    -Webcam was successfully used not only with other software, but with oovoo too.

    P.S. Think... maybe it's webcammax plugin error??? 'Cause i uninstall it before reinstalling oovoo and drivers...
