 Dear all,

I found great problem in Oovoo.I used Oovoo before 15 days.and after I came from my trip when I try to make start Oovoo,its gone.

when I click on Oovoo it popup main menu to enter user name and password,after entering details it suddenly closed from system processes.

It is not in system tray.It is not in system process pool.

I don't know what's problem.May be Its expired? Or or can't authenticate  Id-Pass?But It should give some error or message what to do.

Can anybody suggest me anything please?I check website ,there is no any paid membership.So should they stop service of what? 

 remove from add remove, and then redownload and reinstall and try again.

I did the process as suggested by u .But now I can sign in and when I am going to call anybody ,it will get connection properly and I can hear opposite party's sound but they can't hear me.I check my headphone and sound connection,but everything is ok from my side.So Can u please suggest anything to have complete conversation?
