i spent all my free minutes and i am really satisfied with oovoo service.. i would like to upgrade to oovoo super + phone, but every time i make an order it gives me this:

Communications problem
A communications problem has occurred
Please try to sign into your account in a minute or two.

its been 1 month tryin n still same problem.. what's wrong?

 i have many months use oovoo and its a greattttttt sistem but

try to pay my subscription when I accept the payment ,but its website gives me a generic error in the credit card, and tried with different credit cards and gives me the same error .would like to know if your site has problems or I can do in that case? f they have a number which may make the payment.

Do you have other ooVoo IDs? If yes, did you try purchasing ooVoo option using your other IDs too?
