Can't see or hear anything!

    Can't see or hear anything!

    I have a Logitech QuickCam Pro 9000 and ooVoo 1.7.1.41 (clean install) on XP.

    I have a friend with the same setup (except he is on Vista).

    I test my camera and ooVoo sees it. When I call my friend nothing good happens. We connect but that's it. We can't hear each other and we can't see each other.

    I've changes it from 3D to flat and it makes no difference.

    We can chat but we can't make calls.

    Our setups work with Skype (which isn't running).

    Please do a bandwidth test and include the result in your Support Request: http://www.speedtest.net/ . Choose a server nearby, and let me know what kind of upload and download bandwidth you have.
