hi @ all!

 i've just installed oovoo and it looks great! but it disconnects always after a few minutes and my entries into my contact list disappear as well from the unknown group...

 i'm runnin xp pro and i'm connected to the internet trough a netgear wgt624 router and a 4k/4k connection. skype and all oher applications run without any problems. so does my IIS and other services on my server....

Hi Yochen,

Please perform the following configuration change:

• From the File menu select Settings
• In Settings window move to Connection tab.
• Uncheck the 'Use port 443 as an alternative for incoming connections' checkbox.
• Exit for the application by right clicking on the ooVoo icon located in the task bar next to the clock and select Exit.
• Run ooVoo again.

Please let me know if that solves the problme.
