When I'm in a video chat with more than 1 person, there screen is black and I can't see or hear them. However, they can see and hear me just fine. I can only see and hear if I'm just video chatting with 1 person. Does anyone know why this happens and a fix?! All the settings are default and my internet connection is fine. Help would be appreciated!!!

EDIT: I'm also on the latest oovoo version. and on a 32 bit vista

Do you have a decent internet connection? 

Check with the other people in the chat if they have a webcam. If yes, check if they have it muted. 

I know this may sound obviuos but it has happened on more than one occasion.

.....it also could be a bandwidth issue.
