Hello, I am new to oovoo.  Yesterday, I installed ooVoo on my XP laptop at work and everything went perfectly through the install AND new account creation.  Tested the functionality and everything works great.

Fast forward to home last night on my Vista laptop.  Downloaded and installed ooVoo with not problems.  I could log in with my user ID from earlier in the day and everything seemed to work fine.

Problem:  I then wanted to create accounts for my family. The screen to create a new account came up fine.  I filled out the information and clicked "Create".  The next screen with the options selection NEVER came up.  The system seemed to be working on creating the account but it never finished and I never got the next screen (I let it sit for 30 minutes while it tried).

This morning, back on my work computer, I was able to create a new account with no problems at all.  

 Anyone else come across this issue or have a solution?

 Any help would be greatly appreciated.

im having the sameproblem. I have vista i downloaded oovoo and it wont let me create a new account. i used my desktop with vista and it worked perfectly. Now i open oovoo on my laptop and it keeps shutting down it wont let me stay logged on if it does its only for a few seconds then shuts down again. So any help would be appreciated

similar issue here except my vista laptop is fine.  when I try to run it on my xp pc at work, the program will run for a few seconds then quits.

 i meant it worked fine on my desktop with XP but wont work on vista on my dell laptop. However i tried it on my wifes gateway laptop with vista and it works fine. So im not really sure what the issue is

If ooVoo hangs after you hit the "Create" button, then something on the PC is blocking the upload of your information to ooVoo.
