Anyone know how I can adjust this or even get a new webcam that's mac & oovoo compatible ?

Hey Steve,
This may help. Download a program called Camtwist, it's free and has brightness adjustments plus heaps of other effects you can aslo use.

This option is alot cheaper (free) than buying another cam. Also lighting plays a big part on the Mac even if you don't use Camtwist.
