    Audio breaks up on call

    Howdy,

    I'm hoping someone can help.  I just tried my first multiple party video conference call (and it didn't work so well).  The call was between a user in New Zealand, and a friend here in the US.  THe audio quality was fine between me and New Zealand.  The audio between me and my friend here in the US only picked up every third word.  Both of us were using headsets to communicate with each other.  We both recalibrated our audio properties with no success.  Any ideas on what to do next?

    I suggest that you open a support request on our support center: http://support.oovoo.com to get a personal support.

    Please add the following information to your support request:

    Yours and your friend's (US) PCs hardware specification.

    Start a video call with your friends again and check the CPU usage both in your and your friend's PCs. send us the information.
