some of the people trying to join my conference use SuSE Linux Squid proxy with seems to block connection to ooVoo chat room. Can get as far as the password box but then says a connection error. Tried proxy exclusions on IE and server but doesn't work. Also say that you've disabled the proxy and works fine. Does ooVoo work through Squid proxy on SuSE linux?

Questions about integrating ooVoo into a 3rd party website

I'm building a website that will allow 2 different users to meet in a secure, private video conference and am wondering if our developers can use ooVoo to integrate this functionality into our site. Basically, we want to allow two different users to to click a link and end up in a video conference embeded in our site. I have a few questions about the ooVoo embed technology

1. Does either user have to download anything to enter the conference?

2. Your sample apps (http://www2.oovoo.com/samples/bookclub/) don't seem to support scrolling very well. Looks like javascript is re-loading every time I scroll up or down. Is this the user experience we'd expect if we integrated it into our site?

3. How much does it cost to remove ads? Could we pay to remove the ooVoo logo?

4. Looks like you don't support chat. Is this correct?

5. What level of security do you support (we'd like our site to be HIPAA compliant).

Hi, I'm have difficulty with my Toshiba Satellite laptop. I was unable to get the the Oovoo homepage and so I downloaded it off a different source. But when I went to create my username, it gave me an error message saying my internet wasn't connecting. I checked my firewall and allowed all things under oovoo. But still nothing. I'm using Google Chrome as my browser.

Hi I was just wondering this because I was in a chat room with all of my friends and it said this video chat is being recorded or somthing like that

but, I don't think any of my friends would record it, also is it possible for the head oovoo devolpers to somehow sneak into your conversation, but you don't know they are in your chat room?

I've been using ooVoo super + phone for a year and everything was fine until yesterday when I tried to re-buy my ooVoo plan. The web page displays all ooVoo plans, but when I choose one of them, it automatically redirects me to the same page. Has anyone experienced some problems with purchasing recently? How can I solve this problem?

I purchased a chat room for 10 dollars a month even got to work through my gaming website and when I logged into it my picture would

freeze or run real sluggish I know I have a fast system so I did some checking on my system and I did not have the usb port drivers loaded

in to make the usb high speed 2.0, once I loaded the drivers in the picture moves normal no choppy or sluggish just a thought to look at first before you think it might be the server.
