&lt;p&gt;Aside from the operating system, does your MAC meet the &lt;a href="http://www.oovoo.com/Download.aspx?sc_lang=en"&gt;minimum requirements&lt;/a&gt;? Assuming your computer meets the system requirements, my guess is that you have either a&amp;nbsp;computer or installation problem but we need more information. Please submit a &lt;a href="http://support.oovoo.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=4244"&gt;support request&lt;/a&gt; and our support team will try to help you solve the problem.&lt;/p&gt;

I am currently running Mac OS X 10.4 Tiger, and have ample disk space available. However, &lt;em&gt;I am unable to run ooVoo &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/i&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;i&gt;without the application freezing, thus forcing me to close it. This often happens without me even clicking anything, and usually occurs just before or after I attempt to sign in. The application crashes consistently, and before I am able to call anyone. Any suggestions on why this may be occuring would be greatly appreciated, thank you (:&amp;nbsp; &lt;/i&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
