If ooVoo is able to know who is it, I believe they will ban such users...but it might not be too fruitful as they can always subscribe again as a new user. Since you are not stupid, what do you suggest?

First of all you can block these contacts. You can do this by right-clicking on the contacts, selecting 'More actions', and then selecting 'Block contact'.

You can open a support request to report these users.

Is there a way that I can report them so you remove them from Oovoo permanent?
