Hello, my chats are almost always interrupted and disconnects within a matter of minutes. I was looking through the other posts, and I did the VoIP quality test.

Everything was a green light, but the "quality of service" was a red light. What can I do to improve this/fix this problem?

Thank you for running the test!  Please contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP)  and tell them that your internet connection keeps dropping. Have them fix the problem - they can.
