At ooVoo we’re excited about the new MAC operating system called Snow Leopard scheduled to be released this Friday. We know that many of you will be updating this weekend and we will do our best to test ooVoo on the new platform over the next few weeks to determine if there are any issues.

We believe that ooVoo will fully support Snow Leopard in the near future. If you experience any problems using ooVoo on Snow Leopard, please send us a support request and we will try to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Hey Marv, Is there any ETA on when oovoo will work with Snow leopard?

snow leopard ate oovoo will not start at all glad i have two machines will wait to update the pro till it all gets sorted out

I'm shocked that this wasn't picked up in the development stage to be honest. What happens guys with guys like me who have paid for plans and can't use ooVoo because of this oversight? Thanks

Pretty surprised you guys didn't catch this early.....I am now without OOVOO! Please fix this soon!

Just upgraded to Snow Leopard. Oovoo does not work.

From an ooVoo point of view, this is a disaster. Especially when the thread starter stated it should work! I would have thought at least the ooVoo forum guys would be here talking to us to break the ice rather than ignoring this thread. Come on ooVoo - Are you ready to accept it doesn't work with Mac OS x10.6? What will happen to our paid plans whilst we can't use ooVoo?

From what people are writing here on the forum, it sounds like ooVoo doesn't work at all on Snow Leopard. We are testing ooVoo with the new Snow Leopard operating system and we will do everything we can to resolve all issues as soon as possible. We encourage anyone who is having problems to send us a support request. This will help us to better understand the problems and we will be able to send you a personal message when a new version is available.

I stated that we should be able to fully support Snow Leopard in the near future. This is a high priority for us and we will not neglect our MAC users.

Hi there, Thanks for your reply. My apologies for sounds off - But ooVoo is just about one the best out there for video and do miss it after upgrading. I'm sure you guys haven't forgotten about us Mac users - So very much look forward to the new release / update. Even a beta version would be welcome! oovoo does not start with snow leopard. please fix it quickly.
