Well after several different attempts, I cannot even get the ooVoo client to open when running OSX 10.6. As a QA Director for a software company I know it is sometimes hard to support new operating systems from folks like MSFT and Apple. Please understand that a number of us are using your product in a pay for use manner and rely on this working.
Maybe Apple will consult with your development team to figure out if this is some type of Java variant or API/driver incompatibility. Maybe they can publish for you the changes in the APIs/Driver changes and it would ring a bell.
