    Why OOVOO Connection was lost??

    I ve been using the oovoo for a few months without any problems and now it s started today that there was connection lost 5 times.. why is that happening??

    Please RESPOND ASAP!!

    I have the same issue with oovoo (latest version, firewall checked, other video apps working without problem etc). Ideas?

    Also, what is a "specific service issue" as opposed to a "technical question"? Isn't oovoo like, the service we are talking about? Isn't a specific service issue, also a technical question? You got all too technical with me on this one for me to follow. Idea But this is the right forum for tech questions about oovoo?

    Please enter a Support Request to http://support.oovoo.com/ics/support/default.asp?deptID=4244

    In the Support Request please explain why you feel someone is hacking your email and how that is related to ooVoo. Also inform us of the error message you get when trying to sign in.
