oovoo sign in problem

    oovoo sign in problem

    I was having 256 connection and oovoo was working perfect.  Later when we got offer for 512, we upgraded the speed and still oovoo was working good. Recently when i reduced my speed back to 256, oovoo stopped signing in, started giving sign in error.  Even the connection test fails to check for connection. Tried to reinstall, set the system date, firewall disabled, still the same sign in error appears.  All other similar programs works fine for us except oovoo.  Kindly advice.

    Can you please open a support request on our support center: http://support.oovoo.com .

    Please add the following information:

    • Your firewall name.
    • If there's anti virus installed and it's name.
