hi my name is michelle and im having a problome with my oovoo i cant sign in i havent been able to sign in about 3 to 4 days now .. it worked fine for the past couple of days and now its not working because now wen i sign in it saying failed to log in ... PLEASE I NEED YOUR HELPP !!!!!!!!! HELPP ME ....... WAT DO I DO .... ???

if the oovoo ID is not popping up what do you do ?

I noticed in a different post that you don't remember your ooVoo ID. The easiest way to recover your account details such as your ooVoo ID is to click on the Forgot your Password link from a mobile device or PC and to enter the email address used when registering your account. Alternatively you could open a support request. I'm sorry if this is an inconvenience.
