    Hi Stephanie, The green icon indicates that your friend is online (available for an ooVoo video chat) and the tablet shaped icon means your friend is "on mobile". The "on mobile" status means that your friend can receive a notification from you and can then open ooVoo to answer your IM or video chat. I hope this is helpful, - ...

    Hi wickstein, I'm sorry to hear that you experienced this issue. Please check if you have the latest Java updates on your Mac. If this doesn't help, we recommend uninstalling ooVoo and removing the ooVoo.plist from your computer and then reinstalling ooVoo.The ooVoo.plist is located under HD\<LOGIN_USER_ON ...

     Hi liddomonkey, We are aware of this issue and are working on a new Mac version. As a partial fix you can invite up to 12 participants and can hear the audio. However only 6 video windows are displayed. Thanks for being part of the ooVoo community, - ooVoo Marv
