Hi Hockey, I agree. Something on your PC is blocking your navigation to the ooVoo site. Lets try a different tack. Call your ISP and tell them you can't get to a certain website and ask for their help. They may be able to help you more efficiently than you poking around. Best Regards, ooVoo Dave  

Hi Soma, Try clicking on the ooVoo icon in your system tray, not your desktop to start ooVoo. see attached picture. The next time you get into ooVoo, you may want it to set it to load and sign you on boot up. You can do this from the sign in screen. Best Regards, ooVoo Dave

Hi Glee. When in a video conversation, click the dropdown next to the Stop Camera button (Bottom left corner), select camera settings. Find the "mirror" setting and flip it. Best Regards, ooVoo Dave

Hi Les and Adcolgrz, ..........in a video conversation, just click on the picture of the person you want enlarged and it will enlarge and be the only picture on the screen. It does not fill up the screen width-wise but that's about as big as we can make it without stretching it wider. To make it smaller again, click on the large ...
