When I'm in a video chat with more than 1 person, there screen is black and I can't see or hear them. However, they can see and hear me just fine. I can only see and hear if I'm just video chatting with 1 person. Does anyone know why this happens and a fix?! All the settings are default and my internet connection is fine. Help would be ...
