Have a similar prob with a vista laptop.  The person conferencing with me can see me but can't hear me.  I can't see him.  Just get a black window.  Can't hear him either.  The icons for mic adjustment and speaker volume are flashing and unresponsive.

Tech support couldn't help me.

similar problem here.  win xp.  install then try to log on with existing acct.  program stops and icon on toolbar disappears.  when I try to re-start the program using exe or shorcut, the icon appears for a few seconds then disappears again.

similar issue here except my vista laptop is fine.  when I try to run it on my xp pc at work, the program will run for a few seconds then quits.
