Hi mate I am having the same problem, oovoo was working well I was overseas in a hotel it was fine I did not use it for 8 weeks got back to the hotel and it started crashing it also crashes on my home connection. Im using a 13" macbook but it is working fine on my Pc. Anyone have info on how to fix it. As it is great to use.

Hey everyone! i am a new Mac user and new to oovoo. I am using a 13" macbook pro with a 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo and 4GB RAM. The first time i installed oovoo and ran it everything worked fine and i was able to use oovoo normally. However, two days later, I started having a problem with oovoo crashing as soon as i launched it. I get a glimpse of the oovoo sign in screen and then it crashes. every time..without fail. No dialog box or error message at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled countless times to different locations on my Mac but to no avail. high cpu usage and it freezes my laptop

Hi. Can someone help me try and find a solution to problem? I am using a Dell Studio 1555.
I am using a Intel Core 2 Duo 2.13 Ghz and 4GB of RAM.

I do not know why this is happening. I have tried to low my resolution from normal to low resolution and I have lowered the frame rate. This only works for a couple minutes into the webchat. After 15 minutes or so, my CPU usage stays at 100% and freezes my whole laptop.

Does anyone have any solution to this problems?

Video Chat Fails — Application Crashes

Hi! I'm on a Dell Inspirion 1520 with Windows Vista. When I start or accept a chat invitation, the application freezes for a minute, and then crashes. It does this every time. I've tried removing and reinstalling. When someone sends me a web-video link, I can join the chat, but there's either no sound or no video or both. I got ooVoo to work once, but I haven't been able to get it to work again after that at all!! HELP! d

OOVOO CRASHES ON MACS DURING 4 WAY CALL BETWEEN 2 PCS and 2 MACs

Hi there

I have oovo on two windows pcs and two macs.

A few seconds into the conference, the two oovo apps (both running on Macs) crashes. The two PCs remain in conference.

When u reopen oovo on the MACS, they rejoin the conference then the same happens again.

Any ideas please
