Call never connects!

Hi, I downloaded oovoo maybe 1 1/2 months ago and everything worked perfectly until a few weeks ago. I can sign on and call my friends, but when I do, it just says "connecting" for a really long time and then says "call lost." My connection test always passes and chat works. I even tried making a new account and that didn't work either. I don't think its a bandwith problem because it used to work and my internet has not changed at all. This is extremely irritating, any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

oovoo crash...even after update?

Hey everyone! i am a new Mac user and new to oovoo. I am using a 13" macbook pro with a 2.26 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo and 4GB RAM. The first time i installed oovoo and ran it everything worked fine and i was able to use oovoo normally. However, two days later, I started having a problem with oovoo crashing as soon as i launched it. I get a glimpse of the oovoo sign in screen and then it crashes. every time..without fail. No dialog box or error message at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled countless times to different locations on my Mac but to no avail. OOVOO CRASHES ON MACS DURING 4 WAY CALL BETWEEN 2 PCS and 2 MACs

Hi there

I have oovo on two windows pcs and two macs.

A few seconds into the conference, the two oovo apps (both running on Macs) crashes. The two PCs remain in conference.

When u reopen oovo on the MACS, they rejoin the conference then the same happens again.

Any ideas please

I'm having the same issue. I'm on a PC, both vista and xp and when trying to call my sister's apple she is unable to see me or hear me on the XP and only hear me on the vista. But I can talk to other PC users.

I noticed when I login to my ooVoo account on my Mac, I can't see my incoming and outgoing messages that are in my folder when I login on my PC. I'm using the same login account for both machines? Is this a version issue between the Mac and PC versions?

These features are currently not available in the ooVoo MAC version. We’re working on a new version that will offer Web Video Calls and Video Chat Rooms for MAC users. Keep your eye out for a new release coming soon…

Video Call won´t start

Hi, I have installed the latest Mac version of oovoo, wich support Safari 4 Beta. All test are running fine. The video call crashes always and it deppen not if I call someone or a friend call me. Always when I try to pick up the call the call crashes, but not the apllication. Hope my english is well enought :) Regards Nikolaje

I am visiting Scotland to be with my grandchildren for the summer holidays.

Back in Singapore, the extended family clan plans a gathering to mark the 210 birthday of our patriach Mr Tan Tock Seng.

We have more than 1200 members on our family tree database:

More than 120 attended the week long activities, beginning with a big dinner.

I had the forsight to plan attending by ooVoo!: Me on my MacBook (Mac)
At the dinner I got one of them to run ooVoo on his computer: (PC)

Me from glasgow, one family member from Australia and one from USA joined in:

Audio/video was good where there was fast internet connection:
the one that had a slower connection had patchy audio/vidio

The other two family members attended for 1 hour then had to go to work/ go to bed.

It was 1 pm for me in UK so I could stay for 4 hours and I did.

Several of the diners came to chat with me.

All in all it was AMAZING:

How to uninstall ooVoo (Mac version)

I'm running OSx10.4.11 and need to uninstall ooVoo as I _think_ it is causing problems with another app.

Can anyone tell me the correct method to uninstall?
