I have the same concern.

But in my case is due I have 2 oovoo's accounts with the same email

i cant call anyone without it saying super oovoo

Problem creating new accounts on Vista

Hello, I am new to oovoo. Yesterday, I installed ooVoo on my XP laptop at work and everything went perfectly through the install AND new account creation. Tested the functionality and everything works great.

Fast forward to home last night on my Vista laptop. Downloaded and installed ooVoo with not problems. I could log in with my user ID from earlier in the day and everything seemed to work fine.

Problem: I then wanted to create accounts for my family. The screen to create a new account came up fine. I filled out the information and clicked "Create". The next screen with the options selection NEVER came up. The system seemed to be working on creating the account but it never finished and I never got the next screen (I let it sit for 30 minutes while it tried).

This morning, back on my work computer, I was able to create a new account with no problems at all.

Anyone else come across this issue or have a solution?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Renaming your account

I have gotten quite a few contacts using Oovoo for a couple of months now, both colleagues and friends.

I would very much like to rename my account name that people use to find me, to my real name.

- Is this possible?
