Does anyone know if soldiers in Iraq can use it? Me and my boyfriend both have webcams but I don't know if he can use oovoo because you have to download it. It would be really amazing to be able to see him though. I mean, we use my webcam once in awhile but Yahoo and AIM are a bit unreliable with...
