  • my videos are done processing.. but there's no video showing? Only the audio...

    Does anyone know if I can fix this? :( Especially if there's a way I can process the vids again so they would show?

  • audio failure

    i'm using a logitech mic-pro for notebooks to chat. needless to say, the audio isn't working. i tested the microphone in the oovoo settings option and it passed, but whenever i try to call someone the audio doesn't transfer. i tried recording something to my computer and the audio worked...

  • FOR ALL AUDIO PROBLEMS - READ THIS FIRST!

    Are you ALL using headsets with mics? ooVoo recommends that all parties use a headset with a mic. The reason we recommend this is because you must separate the speaker audio from going back into your microphone. If you do not do this, you can introduce all sorts of noise and echo into the conversation...
