I have the very same question as Vic (just downloaded and redownloaded the latest version, checked firewall and still not getting video calls to work after reredownloading as per your suggestion). Is there anything else that can be tried other that, as I have seen several users having the same issue...

To install oovoo on the desk and to start the program then glisseer it in applications. It seems y to have a problem of authorization so that it starts in applications macbook Pro intel core 2 duo 10.5.2

Thank you for the answers but I made the checks of authorization and all seems normale.oovoo still does not function. J, have to check oovoo on system 10.4.11 and functions very well.

Now I try key "Check for update" in "Help" but i got a error message: "Cannot get ooVoo version due nettwork error." Somebody get the same if you had try key, "Help" -> "Check a update"?
