i have installed oovoo and the webcam max thing, but everytime i hit "show video effects window" it doesn't load up... why won't it work? ps--i have a windows vista

So i clicked "download video effects" in the video panel. the install shield popped up, i installed it, etc. In the effects, i clicked "get more" and it sent me to the effects package. I downloaded the package and tried to install it, but said i have to have webcammax 4 or higher...
